Company Overview
As an affiliate of the American Automobile Association, AAA is best known for its motor club, insurance and travel services. AAA has been in business since 1906 and has more than 50 million members throughout North America today. The Auto Club Group (ACG) owns the AAA clubs that provide services within Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, North Dakota and Nebraska. Roadside Assistance:
The primary reason most members join AAA is to take advantage of our outstanding, national Roadside Assistance benefits. Our customer care centers are available 24 hours a day to provide member assistance with jumpstarts, tire changes, fuel delivery and other roadside services.
Travel Services:
One of AAA’s most popular services is available to members and non-members alike. AAA Travel Agency, a full-service travel company, provides air ticketing, cruise bookings, group tours, and more. With partnerships that include Walt Disney, Hyatt Hotels and Carnival Cruise Lines, special privileges and savings are made available to AAA travel agencies and their clients.
Insurance:
In 1948, the Motor Club Insurance Association was formed as an insurer of AAA member vehicles, and has since expanded to provide homeowners, life and health insurance products.
In addition to AAA’s commitment to providing quality service to its members and clients, AAA has a long standing history of partnership with the state and local communities it serves. Employee Benefits
AAA and the Auto Club Group strive to offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees. The plan offered by AAA offers employees the flexibility to select the benefits that best suit their needs.
